Harry S. Truman Signed Letter 1953 President Autograph Historic

TLS signed “H.S.T.,” one page, 7.25 x 10.5, personal letterhead, October 15, 1953. Letter to Irv Kupcinet, a columnist for the Chicago Sun-Times, in full: "Thanks for your note of the fifth. I more than appreciate what you had to say about Margaret's appearance with Martha Raye. I read the column with a lot of interest." Truman adds a handwritten postscript: "My best to Russ & Bill." In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope. A classical soprano, actress, and journalist, Truman's daughter, Margaret, appeared multiple times on NBC's The Martha Raye Show.
